Lynn Pottenger (President)
Lynn is the mother of 3 girls, married for over 25 years to Jacques, and a
cradle Episcopalian. She is a long-time employee of Dow Chemical as a specialist
on hazardous substances (toxicologist). She was the sponsor at St. John's
Episcopal Church that arranged for the funding of the new clinic at Ikamiro.

John is a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and is a
CPA with 20 years of experience. He currently
works for Dow Chemical as a financial auditor. |

Dale is a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, a
retired dental hygenist and a certified Master Gardener. |

Ced Currin (Board member)
Ced is an elder at Memorial Presbyterian Church, Midland, Michigan.
Since 1987 he has been involved with church partnerships in Central America
and he joined the ACT Michigan Board following the 2006 pioneering trip of
the Waechters to Uganda. He participated in the initial selection of projects
for the ACT program. Ced's solar power business designed and supplied equipment
for the new clinic at Ikamiro.

Linda Drimalla (Board Member)
Linda is a Registered Nurse and member of Memorial Presbyterian Church in
Midland,Michigan. After returning from the mission trip to Uganda in early 2008,
she decided to join ACT and get further involved in the ongoing activities
and sharing with the wonderful friends she had met in Africa.

Karen's first contact with Midland was as the orchestra
director at Dow High School. She currently
resides in Holt Michigan and is a member of 1st
Presbyterian Church there. |

Sue Waechter (Executive Director)
Sue’s company, Cornerstone Consulting, leads nonprofit agencies through strategic
planning. Listed on a website for consultants, Sue received the original letter from
Richard and Generous Turinawe asking for help in assembling a plan to improve conditions
in Ikamiro. Sue responded, eventually making several trips to Uganda .
She helped found Save Our Situation, now known as ACT (Agape Community Transformation)
based on Generous Turinawe’s original program in the village for the orphans and destitute.
