Muko Empowerment Program (MEP) is designed to provide handcraft job training and create a market for handcraft sales. HEAL Program (Health is Elemental to All Life) trains volunteer Health Promotion Workers to facilitate dialogues from community to community to identify their greatest health issues and then create an action plan for the community to improve their situation. TEACH Program (Targeting Educational Achievement for CHildren) hopes to become a model high school in Uganda. In 2017, ACT was asked to administer Muko High School in partnership with the Diocese of Kigezi managing: seeking grants and gifts; making physical renovations to the school; and, most importantly, planning academic innovations.
