ACT has grown tremendously over the past ten years and each day we are closer to the goal of self-sustainability for our partners in Muko Sub-County Uganda. To do this requires the generous support and donations from many caring individuals. If you are interested in supporting ACT, you can donate to one of the following:

ACT General Donation

As with most nonprofits, the majority of our donations and grants come to a specific program. While it is wonderful to have these resources to manager the programs, we also have more operational needs and different priorities from time-to-time. An example is building our endowment fund!

The ACT Resource Center

ACT’s Resource Center houses the offices for the paid ACT Ugandan staff. In addition, it has a training room, the Community Library and a storage room for the handcrafts. There are always needs for maintenance of the building as well as the electronic equipment for the staff and the solar power system.

HEAL - Health is Elemental to All Life

ACT recruits volunteer Health Promotion Workers from all seven parishes; trains them in facilitation skills to conduct a dialogue with their fellow community members, and provides ongoing support, encouragement and resources for the community to implement their action plans.

HONOR Scholarship

This Scholarship is a way for young people who have a great desire but lack the financial means to attend school. Through HONOR scholarships, donors provide support which allows these students to attend school and to learn about new possibilities for their future.
