Each of these handcrafted items is made by talented women in Muko SubCounty, Uganda as part of ACT’s Uniquely Uganda Handcrafts Program. Handcrafters bring their creations to our center in Muko, where they are paid fair wages for their beautiful work. From there, ACT travel teams transport the crafts to the U.S. for sale. Every purchase not only supports the artisan directly, but also helps fund ACT’s community programs in health, education, and sustainability—making your support truly life-changing.
